Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts under UK GAAP

• Variance analysis, cost centre reporting, and performance dashboards

• Group cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across GP, LP, and SPV structures

• Assist with annual budgets, forecasting cycles, and internal reforecasting

• Support regulatory filings and FCA compliance

• Work closely with senior stakeholders across investment, HR, and operations

• Use systems such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)

• Implement and improve financial processes, month-end timelines, and documentation

About You:

• Qualified or finalist (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong commercial finance exposure

• Prior experience in private equity, investment management, or multi-entity firms

• Sound knowledge of UK GAAP (IFRS a plus)

• Proficient in Excel and at least one accounting software; Power BI a bonus
