Our client is an exciting highly successful, ground-breaking operator with a group of exciting, cool cinema concepts throughout the UK. They specialise in multi-faceted unique cinema concepts and are extremely successful and are still going through a real period of growth. Their operations focus providing amazing service & a fantastic guest experience whilst using the latest technology in their operations.

They are looking for an experienced Cinema Marketing Manager who has previous experience in doing a similar cinema marketing role and who wants to be part of something exciting, growing their career further as the company develops with established successful operations as well further sites already planned for the coming years.

Responsibilities:

- Developing the cinema marketing plan & ensuring it is delivered

- Delivering multi-channel strategy, take ownership of brand positioning & work cross-functionality to ensure marketing contributes to commercial success.

- Oversee onscreen advertising & marketing activity for film content and ensure sufficient visibility of film POS in all cinemas

- Develop strong multi-channel campaigns, building profile & presence for the company’s film programme & ensuring that the cinemas are connecting with the right audiences.

- Ensure that the film programme is maximised on the cinema website

- Work closely with film distributors to ensure that all cinemas have correct marketing material.

- Work with relevant team to put together plan for trailers

- Focus on membership campaigns & growing membership

- Coordinating merchandising programme.

- Work with events to ensure delivery of events in each cinema

- Campaign delivery on sponsorship & partnerships

- Network at film screenings & events

Experience:

- A real passion for film & cinema

- MUST have CINEMA MARKETING EXPERIENCE: Min 2 years’ experience in a marketing role (ideally as Marketing Manager) within the cinema industry or a leisure company that has cinemas.

- Strong specialist cinema marketing experience – must have worked with & understand cinemas, how marketing works alongside programming films etc.

- An understanding of marketing the more independent obscure films alongside the bigger mainstream blockbusters

- Demonstrated success managing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and review,

- Excellent stakeholder and team management skills—comfortable working cross-functionally,

- A creative thinker who’s passionate about brand storytelling and performance marketing,

- Confident analysing performance data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
