NORNORM
Date: 19 hours ago
City: London
Contract type: Full time
Work schedule: Full day

NORNORM is transforming the way businesses furnish their spaces. We offer a subscription-based furnishing model that focuses on sustainability, flexibility, and circular economy principles. Our mission is to help companies create inspiring and functional work environments while minimising environmental impact. With a strong presence across multiple markets, we are driven by innovation and a commitment to redefining the future of furniture. Join us as we lead the charge in sustainable workplace solutions.
Right now, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the implementation phase of client projects within the circular office furnishing industry, ensuring seamless workflows, effective communication, and timely project delivery.
As part of NORNORM’s mission to make flexible, circular workspace solutions accessible and scalable, you will manage all stakeholders involved in the implementation phase. This includes clients, suppliers, warehouses, implementation partners, and internal colleagues across teams such as Customer Experience, Design, and Supply Chain. Your role is to ensure alignment among all parties and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your projects will range from repeat standard installations of our modular workspace solutions to large, complex, bespoke implementations for Europe’s leading companies.
This role involves 1-2 days per week of in-person meetings with clients and installation partners. The position is hybrid-remote with a preference for in-office collaboration, with a minimum of 3 days per week in our London office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a structured, proactive, and communicative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver workspace solutions that are good for people, good for business, and good for the planet.
