Role: Inbound Sales ExecutiveSalary: £34-38kLocation: FinchleyThe main responsibility for the Inbound Sales Executive would be dealing with in-bound requests for quotations for Valuations and Surveys. These are mostly on the phone, with quotations sent out by e-mail.You would also regularly deal with solicitors and clients in progressing their agreed sales to the point of completion.Full training would be provided.We are looking for a friendly individual who will slot into our mostly young, diverse team and hit the ground running.You must have an excellent telephone manner and be naturally interested in people and properties. Clients who contact us range from people who are being forced out of their homes they've lived in for decades to recently bereaved to excited about a new home they are buying.Though we use a number of e-mail templates, you will need to be able to compose e-mails well and think on your feet when clients come up with difficult questions.If you feel the above specification matches your professional background, click apply.
