Business Development Recruitment Consultant (Perm Desks)Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in our London office

What you’ll be doing
This is a front-end, business development-focused role. You will be responsible for generating new business, expanding key accounts and laying the foundation for successful delivery.Your core responsibilities will include:Winning new clients within enterprise cloud technology markets
Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
Running strategic outreach and building strong commercial pipelines
Identifying and qualifying hiring needs before handing over to delivery teams
Tracking trends and providing market insight to drive account growth
Working closely with recruitment consultants to ensure clients are supported end to end
What you’ll need to bring
Proven experience in recruitment sales or B2B business developmentA strong track record of acquiring and growing client accounts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Commercial acumen with the ability to understand client hiring challenges
Experience in cloud recruitment or enterprise tech is advantageousA proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to own and grow your patch
