The maintenance company are looking for engineers who want to grow with the company and really make a difference. In this role you will be completing a mixture of planned and reactive maintenance tasks working on the landlord parts of the building only. Duties

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance
• Single and Three Phase Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards, Generators, Fire Alarm Tests, AHUs, FCUs, Air Conditioning, Sprinkler Systems, Motors, Pumps, Belts, BMS Operation
• Health & Safety
• Logbooks

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable
