We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Building Services Engineer to join a world-class facilities team at a high-profile commercial building just minutes from London Bridge station. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading international FM company, with long-term progression, extensive training, and excellent earning potential through overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
- Work on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, small power, and UPS systems
- Monitor and respond to building systems using the BMS
- Diagnose and repair faults to minimise disruption
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers and support contractors
- Ensure safety and compliance at all times
What You’ll Need:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- Experience in commercial or critical building environments
- Good understanding of electrical fault finding and testing
- Strong communication and a proactive, can-do attitude
