The Role

We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join our growing Fit Out team. You’ll play a key role in overseeing site operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a section of a large scheme (reporting to a Project Manager or Project Director), or take full responsibility for a smaller site.

• Ensure all on-site activity complies with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

• Manage resources and track progress to meet programme milestones; report and resolve deviations promptly.

• Maintain detailed records of progress, delays, and scope changes—liaising with the commercial team to ensure timely action.

• Oversee site labour and ensure all operatives (direct and subcontracted) meet required training and competency standards.

• Drive quality standards on-site, with a strong focus on delivery and defect resolution.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the supply chain and client team, representing the business professionally at all stages.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar role within the high-end fit out or commercial interiors sector.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Track record of delivering complex fit out projects in Central London.

• Excellent knowledge of HSEQ legislation and compliance.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work closely with QS and design teams.

• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
