The Role
We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join our growing Fit Out team. You’ll play a key role in overseeing site operations and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of a section of a large scheme (reporting to a Project Manager or Project Director), or take full responsibility for a smaller site.

Ensure all on-site activity complies with health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Manage resources and track progress to meet programme milestones; report and resolve deviations promptly.

Maintain detailed records of progress, delays, and scope changes—liaising with the commercial team to ensure timely action.

Oversee site labour and ensure all operatives (direct and subcontracted) meet required training and competency standards.

Drive quality standards on-site, with a strong focus on delivery and defect resolution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the supply chain and client team, representing the business professionally at all stages.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a similar role within the high-end fit out or commercial interiors sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Track record of delivering complex fit out projects in Central London.

Excellent knowledge of HSEQ legislation and compliance.

Strong commercial awareness and ability to work closely with QS and design teams.

Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
