Are you a passionate Registered Nurse (RSCN) with experience in paediatrics and complex care? We are seeking a Paediatric Nurse Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing provider of community-based complex care in the South London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role during an exciting period of expansion. About the Role: As the Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will provide hands-on clinical support to children and their families, designing bespoke care plans that meet individual needs. You'll also lead, train, and support a team of carers, helping to deliver outstanding, compassionate care within the community. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on creating and implementing tailored care plans for children with complex needs
  • Provide direct, face-to-face support for clients and their families
  • Deliver essential nursing interventions, including medication management
  • Oversee and mentor carers, ensuring high standards of clinical care and skills
  • Collaborate with community health professionals, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners
  • Maintain clear, empathetic communication with all stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
  • Registered Nurse (RSCN) with active NMC PIN and minimum 6 months UK experience
  • Proven expertise in tracheostomy care and ventilators (within the last 2 years)
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop and inspire care teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Suitable for experienced Band 5 or Band 6 Registered Nurses with team leadership experience
  • Full UK driving licence essential
