Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support 3 senior stakeholders of a national IFA firm.

We are seeking someone who enjoys being in a fast paced ever-evolving environment and is capable of making a positive impact to the business. Your focus as an Executive Assistant will be to ensure smooth daily operations by managing schedules, planning for upcoming meetings and providing oversight of key governance meetings for Senior Executives.

As such duties will include:

  • Manage and prioritise the schedules and inboxes for 3 senior stakeholders
  • Plan and co-ordinate demanding calendars, providing comprehensive support for meetings, travel and deadlines, taking into account other commitments
  • Handle incoming communications and ensure messages are directed to appropriate parties
  • Act as secretary for certain forums
  • Assist your senior stakeholders with expense reporting via Xero

Executive Assistant Requirements

  • You should have proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant within a fast paced, professional environment
  • Individuals with experience within financial services, investment sector is desirable
  • Experience producing board packs and minutes
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
  • Strong desire to complete tasks rather than constantly delegate

They are currently on a rapid growth phase of the business, with already £4.5bn of AuM, which will continue to grow. Executive Assistant Benefits

  • Salary of circa £50,000 plus discretionary bonus and travel reimbursed
  • Plus, company benefits of 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, group life assurance, group income protection, private medical insurance, healthcare cash plan, discretionary company bonus award opportunity
  • Circa 1 – 3 days per week in their London office with remainder from home
  • To note, this role will entail some travel to their offices / offsite meetings across the UK

Location

Remote based (with easy access to City of London) with some travel expected
