What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant based in London, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leaders through expert diary management, meticulous preparation of documents, and proactive communication handling. Your days will be varied-one moment you might be arranging complex international travel plans or preparing polished presentations; the next you could be facilitating high-level meetings or coordinating impactful events. • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and sensitivity, maintaining discretion at all times.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including visas, accommodation bookings, and detailed itineraries for seamless journeys.
  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper by filtering requests and communications to protect the executive's time and focus on critical priorities.

Your attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks whether you're managing diaries or preparing board-level reports. A passion for helping teams achieve their goals makes you an invaluable resource who is always ready to go above and beyond. If you are committed to delivering outstanding service while fostering an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels supported, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

  • Demonstrated experience providing executive-level administrative support within a fast-moving corporate environment where dependability is essential.
