Description
- Oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team.
- Review and enhance financial systems and processes for efficiency.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
A Successful Commercial Finance Manager Should Have
- Must be ACA qualified
- Must have experience in a top 15 audit firm looking to make a first move into industry
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Experience in presenting financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Competitive salary in the range of £55000 to £64,000, depending on experience.
