Operations Manager Homeware and Lifestyle Co - #1770911

Operations ManagerSeeking an operations Manager to join our fast growing homeware lifestyle brand, Casa by Josephine Jenno. You’ll work directly with the founder to help us scale in our early years. This role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive and strategic in order to ensure projects and teams are set up for success.

Key Role ResponsibilitiesOversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Guide the team by setting priorities and developing strategies to identify low-margin and low-growth products. Carry out detailed analyses of projects and report on the issues and findings from both a commercial and financial perspective.

Own the relationship with our 3PLOptimise operational processes and implement improvement initiatives. Build out financial forecasts and work alongside the junior buyer to ensure stock is bought to optimise holding and cash flow. Partner closely with the team to ensure we’re minimising our carbon footprint.
