Job Description
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets while expanding our customer base in the UK and Ireland.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients. Understand their specific business needs and demonstrate how our ITSM and ITAM solutions can deliver value.
- Build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, serving as a trusted advisor to key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, and customer support, to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with prospective and existing clients to secure sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in ITSM or ITAM domains.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
