Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals to help grow Oracle’s HCM market across the UK and Europe. You will be experienced in the HCM and Talent Management domains, and as an engaging presenter, have the presence and credibility to facilitate business level discussions with an executive level audience.

What you will bring:

  • The ability to conducting detailed discovery, account planning and solution mapping to meet critical business needs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud/SaaS applications, related propositions, and service delivery
  • Excellent written skills with experience of preparing responses to complex RFP’s.
  • Strong relationship building skills to develop connections across Oracle, our partner ecosystem, and our clients to create customer advocacy for Oracle and its solutions.
  • Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.

Responsibilities

In this role you become a specialist in at least one aspect of Oracle’s HCM solutions in support of the complete employee lifecycle and will work collaboratively with peers across the entire sales cycle to achieve sales targets and deliver continued success to existing Oracle cloud customers.

  • Actively maintaining a depth of knowledge around competitive offerings
  • Understanding of business outcomes that can be achieved through the deployment of the solution.
  • Educating customers and Partner Organisation’s in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions and value propositions
  • Support effective handover of clients from pre-sales into implementation.
  • Contributing to customer success and reference ability
