We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our dynamic M Renewables Division in the UK. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing a wide range of contractual agreements that drive our renewable energy projects forward—ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting the successful delivery of solar and sustainable infrastructure initiatives.

Your Role Will Encompass

  • Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and change orders in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and legal counsel to ensure all contractual obligations are understood and met.
  • Track contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely execution and performance.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all contract documentation.
  • Assist with dispute resolution and claims management when necessary.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with insurance, licensing, and bonding requirements.
  • Support the bid process by reviewing tender documents and assisting with contract risk assessments.
  • Provide guidance on contractual terms and conditions to internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Law, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, construction documents, and project delivery methods.
  • Experience with FIDIC Contracts
  • Familiarity with solar project contracts, including PPA (Power Purchase Agreements), EPC agreements, and interconnection agreements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or contract management software is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
