## What You'll Do

### Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations of both coffee shop and deli services
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
• Create and update pricing strategies, menus, and promotional campaigns
• Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, payroll preparation, and supplier payments
  
  

### Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of passionate staff members
• Create staff schedules and manage rotas efficiently
• Foster a positive work environment that reflects our Italian hospitality values
  
  

### Customer Experience

• Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
• Manage table service operations and deli counter service
• Maintain high-quality food and product displays
