• Based in the Orpington area
• £25k Basic Salary (Circa £40-60k OTE - Uncapped)
• 5 Day Working Week - Weekends on Rotation
• All strong sales backgrounds can be considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage quickly and confidently with customers in a high-traffic showroom

• Manage a fast-moving sales pipeline with multiple customer touchpoints

• Accurately present a wide range of prestige vehicles

• Handle the full sales process from enquiry to handover

• Meet and exceed individual and team volume targets

• Maintain professionalism while working at speed

• Deliver excellent service, even under pressure

• Ensure all compliance and documentation is completed correctly and efficiently

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in sales in a fast paced environment

• A confident, energetic communicator who thrives on hitting targets

• Resilient, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple deals at once

• A true team player with a competitive edge

• Full UK driving licence required
