Job Title: Executive Assistant
Role Overview
This role will support a C-suite Director and involves high-level executive assistance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, handling internal and external communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinating calendars
Scheduling appointments and events
Acting as a liaison
Preparing reports and updating internal databases
Managing travel arrangements
Managing phone calls and emails
Distributing internal communication
Requirements
Previous experience as an assistant
Strong knowledge of office procedures
Strong interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge of office management systems
Must be discrete and maintain confidentiality
Outstanding organizational skills
Be proactive
Technical Skills
MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Good interpersonal skills
Scheduling & coordinating meetings
Ability to coordinate activities
Knowledge of Diageo travel and booking systems preferred (FCM).
FCM Travel System Experience Will Be a Big Bonus
Experience using the SAP expense tool is also highly beneficial
Education
High school diploma
As a temporary contractor, you'll be employed by our Managed Service Provider, Magnit Global, who manage most of our temporary contract hiring. You will not be employed by Diageo.
