Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in spatial, interior, or product design management
• Strong understanding of hospitality or real estate development processes
• Proven ability to work cross:functionally with design, construction, and operations teams
• Detail:oriented with a practical mindset for cost:effective and scalable design
  
  

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain end:to:end design standards across all properties
• Translate brand vision into architectural, interior, and product decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver build:ready solutions
• Ensure all new sites meet brand, operational, and build efficiency criteria
