The main responsibility for the operations team is to support educators and clients in the matching process. The team ensures both educators and clients can meet each other and extract value from the marketplace. The team is on a daily basis responsible for overseeing the process of urgent booking, short term jobs, long term jobs and permanent placements.
As Support coordinator you are a first class service star and you are responsible for making sure we keep high levels of service via phones, emails and the marketplace by responding to queries during opening hours. As support coordinator you are first line support, it means you help our educators and clients with all their questions they may have and put bookings on the system.
The support coordinator reports directly to the Team Lead for that market.
Responsibilities
Working hours: 40 hours per week
Flexibility required between 07:00-18:00.

Preferred Qualities
Previous experience working in education, or recruitment
Good Administrator, eye for detail, organized, good communicator
Full UK driving licence is preferred, the ability to commute daily to our London office is required.

Responsibilities
- Keep email, phone and Humly’s marketplace open during opening hours.
- First-line support to all questions from our clients, educators and external contacts.
- Make sure we deliver excellent service to our clients and educators.
- Make sure urgent and short term jobs are matched in the marketplace when the team is over capacity.
- You are a strong team player and strive always to have an impact on the team's KPIs.
- Make sure we are on top of administrative tasks. I.e PO numbers, updating 3rd party systems etc.
- Educate clients and educators in how to use the app
- Support educators and clients with administrative tasks such as timesheets, training etc.
- Be flexible and willing to shift focus depending on the needs of the business. This may include but is not limited to client development, candidate attraction and administrative tasks.
