We are currently recruiting Front Of House & Bar Supervisor to join our Layered Reality team at The War of The Worlds: The Immersive Experience (www.thewaroftheworldsimmersive.com). This is a layered reality multi-sensory experience set across a vast 22,000 sq/ft, combining music, immersive theatre, virtual reality, motion simulators and 5D effects.
Position Summary
The FOH & Bar Supervisor would ensure that we deliver this cutting-edge experience at the optimal level to all guests. On a daily basis, the FOH & Bar Supervisor will work as with the FOH team to ensure that our overall customer service is executed at the highest level.
Scope & Responsibilities
Working within the FOH department you will be responsible for performing a variety of roles, whilst ensuring that service is smooth, efficient and memorable. Responsibilities include; opening and closing the FOH areas, box office administration, guest services (email enquiries,) checking tickets, supporting in-show operations and designing and selling merchandise & photos. This role requires a passion for delivering great customer service, with a can-do attitude.
Background & Experience
You will be a highly self-motivated individual, with a wide variety of experience working in customer services. Previous experience in immersive experiences, theatre, events or visitor attractions is preferable.
Desired Attributes
Minimum one years’ experience in customer services and/or hospitality and bar work at Supervisor level
A desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Confident both working as part of a team and independently.
Flexible (evening and weekend work will be required).
Conversational English.
Experience delivering training to staff
Passionate about the hospitality industry
Mixologist experience, with the ability to create new menu content

Probation: 3 Months
Pay: £14.25 p/h plus gratuities and sales incentive opportunities
