- Monitor metrics and share insights and results with the team and stakeholders
- Gather feedback and use data insights to make engaging content and improvements
- Write clear, compelling emails and SMS content
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Bags of personality and can relate with the audience
- Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
- Proficient with marketing tools and able to deal with technical issues
- An analytical mindset
- Excellent Copywriting skills
- Always looking to improve and learn
