The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of our mobile app and site — the central space where fans express themselves, rate players, and shape the conversation around football. You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, delightful experiences that fans want to return to every day. From first-time onboarding to deep community engagement, you’ll design flows, interactions, and visuals that turn passive supporters into active fanalysts.
This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll work closely with the product, tech and marketing teams to turn insight into beautifully simple design. You’ll shape not just how the product looks, but how it feels — and how fans connect with it.

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll work closely with the product, tech and marketing teams to turn insight into beautifully simple design. You’ll shape not just how the product looks, but how it feels — and how fans connect with it.
About You
- You have 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of mobile-first products or apps
- You’re obsessed with creating intuitive, joyful user experiences — especially in consumer or community-driven apps
- You’re confident leading design from early wireframes through to polished UI
- You’re able to lead and incorporate learnings from user testing
- You think in flows, not just screens — and can simplify complex journeys into seamless, engaging moments
- You have strong visual design instincts and a high attention to detail
- You’re fluent in tools like Figma, FigJam, and Protopie (or equivalents)
- You thrive on feedback, iteration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- You’re excited by football culture and the opportunity to build something fans genuinely love
- Bonus if you’ve worked on social, gaming, or sports tech products with interactive or gamified elements
