We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Intern, CRM and Data Strategy to join the EMEA Data Strategy team. The Data Strategy team is the driver of end-to-end data and technology capabilities to enable first in class customer centric marketing. Reporting into the Senior Data Strategy Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for discovering insights from large data sets and support data driven decisions to deliver better product, service and relevance to consumers.

  • Support the CRM team with Email, Mobile and Direct Mail segmentation strategy, which includes the set-up of weekly Promotional Emails
  • Support Customer Care and Data Protection teams with Customer Requests, by investigating and troubleshooting issues raised by customers
  • Support with the set-up and refresh of reports that drive key decisions within the CRM and wider CIX functions.
  • Work with the CRM team to support optimization of the Omni-Channel customer strategy
  • Document and curate data processes and associated customers journeys with proper version control
  • Support with complex technical set-ups across the CIX function
  • Build strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholder

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Passion to to develop analytical expertise, with experience in a numerate / technical subject eg: Mathematics, Marketing, Computer Science
  • Quick learner, with a taste for discovering new technical tools and spotting data inconsistency
  • Numerate, analytical and technical
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work well independently and part of a team
  • SQL knowledge would be highly desired but not a pre-requisite
