Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing enablement strategies and solutions that empower members to effectively access and engage with the LEGO Group Membership Program (LEGO Insiders), including its benefits, rewards, and value-adding experiences.
By partnering with various business areas, this role drives Membership Enablement solutions to recruit new members, activate existing ones, and enhance overall satisfaction, ultimately improving Client Lifetime Value.
M&C Central Marketing aims to build and deploy capabilities essential for us to win in corporate plan 2026 and ensure alignment and execution of marketing excellence globally.
You will report directly to the Director, Membership Program Operations & Development.

- Develop and implement the LEGO Group Membership Enablement Strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall Membership Strategy.
- Oversee membership satisfaction and feedback mechanisms to drive continuous improvements and enhance member satisfaction.
- Identify the member journey and how members will be able to access and participate in the membership benefit and rewards mechanics.
- Collaborate with M&P Experimentation on A/B testing and other member experience evaluations.
- Partner with product and service design teams to develop integrated Member Enablement Solutions across markets and channels.
- Set and monitor critical Member Enablement metrics, working closely with Membership reporting.
- Support the growth of a high-performing membership operations and development team.
- Develop user guides, FAQs, and tutorials to provide members with easy access to resources for troubleshooting and enabling members to self-service.

Do you have what it takes?
- Extensive experience in a leading global loyalty or membership program
- Proven track record in developing and delivering commercial and member-centric enablement solutions.
- Skilled in managing and driving cross-functional delivery of membership enablement solution and program development,
- Experience in navigating and building support among diverse groups within a global company, including collaboration with product and tech teams.
- Excellent communicator, both written and oral, capable of conveying clear recommendations based on a solid foundation.
- Experience in a global, multicultural manufacturing environment with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B).
