Overview:
We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support the transformation of a high-impact non-financial risk portfolio. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring immediate contribution and collaboration across multiple workstreams, supporting the Chief Control Officer and wider program team through year-end.

We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support the transformation of a high-impact non-financial risk portfolio. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring immediate contribution and collaboration across multiple workstreams, supporting the Chief Control Officer and wider program team through year-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality artefacts and reports for PSGs, Working Groups, and Executive Risk meetings.
- Utilize Google Sheets and Google Slides to manage reporting, tracking, and documentation.
- Track actions, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple project workstreams.
- Identify overlaps, dependencies, and interconnections across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather closure criteria and support project completion.
- Assist in gathering examples and evidence to demonstrate successful process embedding.
- Provide general support to the PM and wider team, contributing to overall program delivery.
- Proven experience in a PMO role (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency with the Google Suite, especially Google Sheets and Slides.
- Demonstrated ability to track, manage, and follow up on actions across multiple workstreams.
- Solid understanding of non-financial risk management concepts.
- Experience preparing reports and artefacts for executive-level audiences.
- Familiarity with risk transformation programs or initiatives.
- Knowledge of risk frameworks such as COSO or similar.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and handle competing priorities.
- Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders across risk and control functions.
- A collaborative attitude and a drive to add value immediately in a complex transformation program.
