Job Description
You will support the seamless running of the restaurant spaces, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests and seating them in our restaurant whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.
You Will
- Greet and acknowledging guests whilst building a rapport.
- Recognise repeat guests and addressing them with their names.
- Accommodate guests needs, i.e. wheel chair, restrooms, movement of drinks from one location to another, etc.
- Communicate guest complaints and compliments to management.
- Communicate guest special occasion to staff/management i.e. anniversaries, birthdays, proposals etc.
- Ensure guest seating is rotated between all service stations.
- Answer telephone to take new reservation and maintain current reservations within procedural guidelines.
- Be knowledgeable of food and drink menus offered and be able to answer queries and/or offer suggestions.

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:
- Previous experience within hotels or service-based industry would be ideal but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Sense of urgency.

- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
