We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support the financial operations of our growing gut health drinks business. This role plays a key part in providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions in areas such as production, marketing, supply chain, product development and overhead management. Finance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support the financial operations of our growing gut health drinks business. This role plays a key part in providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions in areas such as production, marketing, supply chain, product development and overhead management. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a mission-driven company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Ensure integrity in the accounts by entering journals both for UK and EU entities
- Analyse sales trends, COGS (cost of goods sold), and gross margins across retail and e-commerce channels
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for product lines, marketing campaigns, and manufacturing costs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecasts
- Maintain and improve financial models.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- 02 years of relevant experience (internships or CPG/food & beverage experience a plus)
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is a bonus
- Familiarity within an FMCG business or manufacturing cost structures is preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to organise workload effectively and to present complex data in a clear, actionable format
- Passion for health and wellness industry is a plus
