Position Overview
As the Director of Product Management at Intelmatix, you will be responsible for leading the strategic vision and execution of Intelmatix's AI and Decision Intelligence products. In this senior leadership role, you will drive product strategy, manage high-performing product teams, and foster collaboration across design, AI/ML, and engineering teams to deliver world-class solutions.
The Director of Product Management plays a critical role in ensuring product success by defining priorities, developing a cohesive roadmap, and aligning all stakeholders toward achieving business goals. You will champion a customer-centric approach, balancing business objectives with technical feasibility and user experience.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will ensure that all products meet the four critical success criteria: they must be valuable (customers want them), feasible (we can develop them), usable (customers can easily use them), and viable (they align with Intelmatix’s business strategy). You will guide teams to navigate complex challenges, streamline workflows, and maintain focus on delivering high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for Intelmatix’s product portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers to achieve excellence in product development and delivery.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product goals with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and iteration.
- Drive the development and execution of product strategies that deliver maximum value to customers.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including design, AI/ML, engineering, marketing, and sales, to align priorities and deliver exceptional results.
- Identify and assess emerging market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
- Establish and refine product management processes and best practices to improve team efficiency and outcomes.
- Serve as a key stakeholder for resource planning, prioritization, and risk management across all product lines.
- Advocate for customer needs, ensuring they are at the center of decision-making and product design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing product teams and delivering successful products.
- Deep expertise in product management methodologies (e.g., LEAN, Agile) and concepts (e.g., MVP).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, software engineering, and UI/UX design principles.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategies that drive business growth.
- Adept at market research, competitive analysis, and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Experience managing complex product portfolios and navigating cross-functional dependencies.
- Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma).
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
