Exciting and unique HR Administrator in a multisite travel organisation, who is both high profile and successful. This HR Administrator opportunity will join a friendly and fast paced professional HR team where 'getting things done' is their motto!
This role will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding all HR administration, including involvement in the full 360 HR cycle, ie starters/ leavers/ Learning & Development administration, email inbox and interfacing with HRIS Analysts and payroll. This is a really varied and interesting role.
Candidates grad/ grad calibre will have previous HR administration experience gained in fast paced, preferably unionised, environments and will demonstrate an eye for detail, strong communication/ organisational skills, with advanced IT skills and a telepathic/ perceptive way of working!
