We’re looking for an Operations Director to play a key role in optimising our internal operations and enhancing our sales and onboarding processes.
You’ll work closely with colleagues in sales, onboarding, marketing, and finance to streamline day-to-day operations, align cross-functional teams, and uncover opportunities for improvement. This is a hands-on role, critical to enabling our continued growth and ensuring operational excellence.

We’re looking for an Operations Director to play a key role in optimising our internal operations and enhancing our sales and onboarding processes.
You’ll work closely with colleagues in sales, onboarding, marketing, and finance to streamline day-to-day operations, align cross-functional teams, and uncover opportunities for improvement. This is a hands-on role, critical to enabling our continued growth and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Understanding
- Gain deep knowledge of our end-to-end operational processes, especially those specific to social care and care digitisation.
- Identify and understand operational bottlenecks to drive meaningful improvement.
- Design and implement scalable systems and operational frameworks to support long-term growth.
- Lead planning and delivery across sales, onboarding, support, and finance.
- Identify operational risks and mitigate them effectively to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and ongoing efficiency improvements.
- Continuously identify inefficiencies and design solutions to optimise workflows and delivery.
- Champion the use of automation and tech tools to enhance performance and scalability.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Present data-driven recommendations to the leadership team to support growth planning.
- Foster a culture of learning, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
- Share operational best practices and encourage team-wide adoption.
- Communicate strategic priorities, updates, and expectations clearly across all levels of the organisation.
- Oversee relationships with third-party vendors.
- Manage internal systems including CRM, project management, and communication tools.
- Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects from planning through to delivery.
- Ensure timelines, milestones, and resources align with overall business goals.
