Our Client
Our global iGaming client has a multi-million-pound search budget focused on the UK, Spain, Canada, and LATAM with plans to enter many new markets.
As they continue to expand, they're looking for a talented & experienced Mid-weight Digital Marketing Designerto join their exciting in house multidisciplinary creative team and support their brands growth across key markets, including the UK, Canada, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico.
The Role of theMid-weight Digital Designer
You will be integral to the development and delivery of the brands creative output, working directly with the Creative Lead, country managers, relevant external agencies and internal copywriters across a wide range of mainly digital channels.
You will have a solid portfolio and show a diverse range of styles, skills and creative abilities. You are ideally also someone with experience across international markets. You will collaborate on projects with teams as a designer but also act to ensure that creative and innovative standards are upheld, and creative boundaries pushed.
Your role is supported by other designers (based abroad and in London), the brand team and Creative Lead, with you being responsible for monitoring your workload, timings, schedules, briefs and following up tasks that are set, Quality Assurance and adhering to the marketing teams production schedule. You will also need to be familiar with workflow management systems like ClickUp, as you will be required to use this software for all your daily work and to record production time spent on briefs.

Asthe Digital Designeryou will perform many of the following tasks:
- Proactively generate digital concepts (animations and static) for the brand across many digital channels and markets, visualizing concepts and presenting to the wider team for approval
- Design and build animated display banner campaigns using Adobe Animate/ Banner-flow
- Design static website hero banners, CRM banners, web landing pages and after effect animations for social media digital banners
- Design creative in print work (branded merchandise, direct mailers etc)
- Edit / resize MP4s, so video/ audio skills are advisable but not essential
- Pragmaticallyapproach projects to ensure both creative and business needs are met
- Regularlycollaborate with marketing/social media departments
- Keep projectmanagement team well briefed on current timings, status and potential issues
- Understand and adhere tothe company's brand guidelines
- Presentto management/ wider business
- Attendvarious internal meetings
- Produceinternal digital marketing, external OOH advertising and social media promotional materials
- Working with 3D software (Blender) to create and animate 3D marketing assets
- Working with AI tools to assist with the ideation of concepts and / or digital marketing assets.
- The applicant should have at least 4-5 years experience designing/ building/ producing digital static and animated display and social banners, web banners, banner-flow web-pages & banners within a fast-paced design studio environment.
- Experience in online casino and bingo design would be an advantage but is not essential.
- We want someone with strong digital ideation skills who is used to developing visual concepts mainly on their own, but occasionally with copywriters.
- We need someone that can hit the ground running, is proactive, a conceptual designer and an innovator with knowledge and experience across all digital platforms.
- Experience using Banner-flow or Creatopy & After Effects is a prerequisite for this role.
- Also having a basic knowledge in 3D software (Blender) would be hugely advantageous.
- Adobe creative Studio (Photoshop, Illustrator,XD, InDesign, After Effects)
- Experience using Banner-flow or Creatopy or equivalent
- Have a basic understanding of UX/UI design principals
- Figma
- Basic understand and working knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender/ Cinema4DKnowledge in Ai Tools also an advantage such as ChatGPT/ Freepik/ Kling/ Sora
- Microsoft 365 applications
- ClickUp project management.
- 24 days of annual leave, with additional days awarded after 3 years of service
