Juniper Network Engineer



Our UK based Service Provider client are looking to onboard multiple Network Engineers with strong Juniper skills to support on a high profile client for support and migration work. The role will be a rolling 3 month contract with the first few weeks fully on-site to learn systems and meet the team, it will then switch to fully remote. The office is in the West of London. These roles will be INSIDE IR35.



Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Juniper SRX firewalls, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Execute CLI-based configurations for Juniper devices.
• Collaborate on the handover of work from Juniper, adapting processes as needed.
• Provide technical expertise and support in firewall management and security measures.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Juniper technologies, particularly Juniper SRX firewalls.
• Experience with CLI-based configuration.
• Professional level knowledge in Juniper platforms.
• Ideally have Juniper certifications such as JNCIE-Sec or JNCIP-SEC but not essential.
