Tasks

About the Role


As a Pre-sales Deployed Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team to


transform how software development teams adopt and integrate AI coding tools.


You’ll act as a key technical advisor and product champion during pre-sales, helping


close deals, onboard customers, and gather feedback to improve the product.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead technical product discussions with engineering and business stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate product value through evaluations and hands-on sessions.

  • Build documentation, demos, and training resources to help customers onboard and scale adoption.

  • Collect and relay feedback to engineering and product teams to influence roadmap and strategy.


Requirements

Tech Stack


 Languages: Any OOP language (e.g. Java, Python, C++)


 Dev Tools: Familiarity with AI dev tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, Codeium


 IDEs: VS Code, JetBrains, etc.



  • 2–4 years in software engineering

  • At least 1 year in a pre-sales/solutions engineering or technical product

  • manager role (post-software engineering)

  • CS undergraduate degree from a top 25 program

  • Strong programming skills in an OOP language

  • Comfortable working in an IDE and close to the code

  • Familiar with AI-powered dev tools (e.g. Copilot, Codeium, ChatGPT)

  • Strong communicator with technical and executive presence

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Motivated to move into a sales-adjacent role

  • High adaptability, self-driven, with a willingness to work independently in a

  • fast-paced team

  • Open to working onsite, full-time in London (5 days/week)


Benefits

Location & Compensation


 Location: London (on-site, 5 days/week)


 Salary Range: £75,600 – £98,000 base


 OTE: £108,000 – £140,000 (70/30 split)


 Equity: Competitive


 Visa Sponsorship: Only for exceptional candidates (e.g., CS PhDs from top


schools)
