What are we looking for?

What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Strong communication skills. A proactive, goal-driven mindset with the ability to work independently. Relationship-building expertise and confidence in influencing decision-makers. Experience in email and phone call outreach Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a bonus.

What will you be doing?

Are you a passionate communicator with a knack for building relationships? We’re looking for a volunteer Sales & Marketing/ New Business Specialist to help grow our Employee Benefit Scheme. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to engage corporate clients, promoting Homeshare as a valuable employee benefit while driving sales and building meaningful partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify Opportunities Research and target HR teams, employee benefits managers, and corporate decision-makers. Engage and Inspire Reach out to prospects and present the Homeshare scheme as an innovative way to support caregivers in their workforce. Create Compelling Pitches Tailor and help present sales decks to show how Homeshare can reduce employee stress and enhance well-being. Build Relationships Establish trust with decision-makers, addressing their needs and concerns through meetings,emails and phone calls. Drive Sales Guide clients through the sales process—from first contact to closing the deal.
