As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our infrastructure, optimize our CI/CD pipelines, automate toil, and support our mission-critical applications.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our cloud infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring system reliability. You’ll collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to maintain seamless deployments, optimize system performance, and respond to escalated incidents.

OPPORTUNITIES


  • Maintain and enhance cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
  • Design, build, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
  • Create and implement reusable solutions to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve observability with logging and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, Dynatrace, Azure and AWS services)
  • Automate deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and scaling using IaC tools (Azure Resource Manager, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
  • Implement security best practices, compliance, and risk management across DevOps workflows across a variety of technology stacks
  • Work with development teams to enable reliability, including automated failover, enhance software deployment strategies and reduce downtime
  • Establish and implement best practice patterns for automated deployment of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response handling for production environments
  • Demonstrate and model DevOps best practices. Mentor other DevOps Engineers.
  • Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and disaster recovery strategies and automation


Skills


  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps and SRE or Cloud Engineering roles
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native tools
  • Strong understanding of SDLC best practices, platforms, and tools
  • Proven expertise in designing and deploying CI/CD automation and deployment strategies
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing Infrastructure as Code
  • Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Argo)
  • Experience implementing automated testing in pipelines
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go) for automation
  • Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with incident response and management
  • Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, FAST, etc.) and project delivery experience
