About The Role
As a Business Analyst with a focus on data engagement, your role will be to bring the data to life with business. You’ll spend time with teams across LondonEnergy (LEL), helping them understand what data is available, how to use it effectively, and how it can shape better decision making. You’ll work closely with the Data and Reporting Manager to ensure that new dashboards, reports, and processes are designed around real user and the business needs—and that staff feel confident using them.
This role is a unique opportunity to sit at the heart of that transformation, working directly with teams across the organisation to help embed change, build understanding, and turn data into actions.
