- 2+ years experience in a sales, business development, partnerships or account manager role.
- Experience working in ecommerce or logistics is a plus, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with prospects and partners.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Google/ Microsoft Office suite a plus.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Technically confident and quick to learn new software and platforms.
- Excellent communicator, confident problem-solver, and highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Job Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Channel Team to maximise collaboration and drive mutual growth opportunities for our carrier partners.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships by targeting, identifying and qualifying opportunities.
- Coach and support carrier Account Managers to strengthen their product knowledge and provide collateral to unlock new opportunities.
- Execute targeted outreach strategies to work in conjunction with our carrier partners and discover new mutual opportunities.
- Conducting meetings off-site both with our external partners and host sessions at our London office. .
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in the company's CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team.

- Target salary of £40,000 - £50,000 with an (uncapped) OTC of £25,000 p/a
- 25 days holiday per calendar year plus the usual public holidays - and you then get an extra day for every year you work at HubBox up to 30 days
- Enhanced Paid Parental Leave
- Work Outside the Office (WOO) for up to 2 weeks a year
- Pension contribution on qualifying earnings (not a perk, but still an important part of the package)
