What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing administrative support to WBS Managing Directors and Board Directors.
- Assisting with invoicing schedules and forward invoicing to clients.
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth communication.
- Preparing and managing letters, reports, bids, and proposals, ensuring they are meticulously prepared and submitted on time.
- Maintaining the bid register and tracking submissions.
- Raising requisitions for office purchases and reconciling invoices using Agresso.
- Setting up projects and work orders on Agresso.
- Collating information for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) in coordination with other departments (HR, Accounts, IT, Legal).
- Coordinating meetings, catering arrangements, and logistics.
- Managing courier collections and greeting visitors to ensure a professional reception experience.
- Liaising with regional offices for general queries and ensuring effective communication across the business.

Key Skills And Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Agresso is an advantage, although training will be provided.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a similar role within the consultancy or building services sector would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
