We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Prep Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Prep Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the preparation of ingredients, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating.
- Ensure all mise en place is ready for the kitchen team during service hours.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to streamline production processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area, following health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and rotation of ingredients.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and efficient working environment.
- Culinary education or equivalent experience in a kitchen environment.
- Passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow in the culinary field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
