About The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a strong sense of curiosity, drive and eagerness to learn. You’ll be an integral part of the Investor Services team, helping to deliver a best-in-class experience to our investors and partners. You'll work hands-on across our onboarding, KYC/AML and investor servicing workflows, while also contributing to operational improvement projects that support the scalability of our business.
Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential, as you will be supporting French-speaking clients and partners as part of our pan-European operations.
This is a unique launchpad for a career in private markets and fintech operations, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, automation and project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Support and improve core investor operations such as onboarding, AML and KYC checks
- Handle investor queries with professionalism and care, ensuring a high-quality experience
- Contribute to projects aimed at process improvement and automation to drive scalability
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Compliance teams to implement new tools and solutions
- Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose enhancements
- Document and enhance internal processes to ensure efficiency and consistency

- A recent degree with a strong academic record
- A curious mindset with a desire to continuously improve how things work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in French (written and spoken), with the ability to engage professionally with native speakers
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with data and tools (Excel, CRMs, or equivalent platforms)
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to take ownership and drive results with a sense of urgency
- An interest in developing a career within financial services, particularly private markets and fintech
