As a Junior Financial System Assistant, you will support the finance and systems teams by ensuring accurate data entry, adhering to compliance standards, documenting and analysing business processes, and assisting in finance system-related tasks.

- Validate documents against pre-set rules.
- Complete scheduled and ad-hoc payment tasks.
- Review vehicle-related documents in line with established criteria.
- Provide support and respond to customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and health and safety requirements

- Post monthly internal recharges.
- Ensure seamless integration with internal systems (e.g., Workday).
- Adhere to all company policies, data protection regulations, and health and safety requirements.
- Accurately enter financial and operational data in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance regulations.
- Maintain data integrity and uphold company data privacy policies.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure entries comply with internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in creating clear and professional documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support the preparation of standardized documents for audits, reviews, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to document financial and operational workflows using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
- Help develop and maintain SOPs to ensure standardized and efficient procedures across departments.
- Participate in business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives to identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations.
- Assist in capturing current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') process states using flowcharts and visual aids (e.g., Microsoft Visio).
- Apply basic statistical methods to analyse operational trends, detect variances, and track key performance metrics.
- Support report generation to aid decision-making and performance evaluation.
