Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and troubleshooting to find a solution? Join MPS as a Global Cinema Support Coordinator and work with a dynamic team dedicated to providing outstanding support to our global network of exhibitors and distributors.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you'll be part of our 24-hour first-line support team, the front line of our customer service operations. • You'll bring strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills are required when working with both internal and external customers.
  • Experience with database administration, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work within a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and overnight support as needed.
