As a Lobby Receptionist in the Amenity Services team, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and guests, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will coordinate with staff, vendors, and clients to maintain high service standards. Your role is crucial in delivering exceptional service and upholding our codes of conduct. Together, we will create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the welcome and registration process for visitors and clients, adhering to security protocols.
  • Administer the visitor access card system for premises.
  • Stay informed about all scheduled visitor and client arrivals.
  • Provide outstanding service to all visitors and clients, maintaining a flexible and positive approach.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for general inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Address and resolve issues affecting service standards.
  • Communicate ongoing or potential concerns to ensure effective communication.
  • Continuously seek accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Review details of upcoming events, meetings, and visitors during daily operations meetings.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Reception experience in corporate, leisure, or hospitality settings.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Experience in client-facing roles within a five-star environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and room booking systems.

This role involves a rotating shift pattern, including early morning shifts from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and late shifts from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

You will have the opportunity to work in two dynamic locations in London: Bank Street and Victoria Embankment, providing a diverse and engaging work environment.
