Carl Friedrik is a rapidly growing luxury lifestyle brand, renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship and exceptional customer experience. We are expanding our UK retail presence and seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our in-store sales teams and drive growth.

Role Overview:

As Sales Manager, you will be the face of our retail experience, responsible for inspiring and motivating the sales team, delivering outstanding customer service, and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets. Reporting directly to the UK Retail Lead, your focus will be on sales leadership, clienteling, elevating the customer journey, and overseeing day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the in-store sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Drive clienteling efforts to build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
  • Manage day-to-day store operations including staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and ensuring smooth floor management
  • Provide people management support such as performance coaching, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive team culture
  • Collaborate with the UK Retail Lead on sales strategy, training, and store initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics and customer feedback
  • Ensure visual merchandising supports sales goals in partnership with the creative team
  • Support product knowledge training and brand storytelling across the team
  • Act as the primary sales representative during peak periods and VIP client visits


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven retail sales leadership experience, ideally in luxury or premium brands
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Experience managing day-to-day retail operations
  • A passion for exceptional customer experience and clienteling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
