About The Role
The Fleet Logistics Coordinator position plays an important part in our set up. This role, based out of our Cricklewood, London Hub will ensure the business has vehicles readily available to our customers via various product lines. The role will be responsible for ensuring our fleet is, cleaned, serviced, and damage assessed prior to handing over the keys.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, full of fuel/charge.
- Controlling cars that are onsite at the depot, ensuring depot carpark is neat and tidy.
- Movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required (Service, Warranty, etc).
- Completion of Inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound)
- Inspecting and reviewing accident repaired vehicles
- Organisation of depot at the end of each day – ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secure.
- Assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick ups – Service, Accident repairs.
- Ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time and have the necessary works completed
- Receiving and preparing new vehicles (installation of telematic devices)
- Assisting in vehicle preparation for de-fleet (sale preparation)
- Full UK Driver’s License (must have)
- Comfortable commuting and working out of our Cricklewood, London Hub
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
- Stock control/Logistics or related industry experience (desirable)
- Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles (desirable)
- Able to work weekends on a rotating roster
