Flagstone
What is Flagstone?

Flagstone is many things. An online savings platform, reinventing how individuals, businesses, and charities manage, protect, and grow their cash. A diverse group of people, bound by a collaborative spirit, and shared purpose. And lastly, a thriving, profitable business – where smart people do their best work.

Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It's our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage.

A feel for our culture

To revolutionise the savings market, we need to be at our best. But high performance takes more than talent – it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth.

That's why we're building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued. Where, with close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations. And be rewarded for it.

We may not change the world, but we can change the world of financial technology. And all it takes is a winning mix of drive, talent, and empathy. Our culture celebrates all three.

But enough about us. Let's talk about you.

Does this sound like you?

We're looking for a results-driven CRM Manager to manage our CRM contact strategy for our Consumer Audience. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, this role will sit in the Digital & CRM Marketing Team and see you be responsible for managing, planning, delivering and optimising our CRM Strategy for Consumers – transforming prospects into leads and leads into engaged, active customers.

With this, you'll collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure our acquisition and activation programmes align with broader business goals and deliver measurable impact. Your work will be instrumental in driving growth within the consumer audience, enhancing customer engagement and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our consumer marketing strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement data-focused CRM Strategies focused on Acquisition and Activation for our Consumer Audience – guiding prospects/leads through the funnel and converting them into engaged active customers
  • Define, track and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Conversion Rate, Activation Rate, Time to first action and Engagement metrics to measure impact
  • Design, execute and continuously optimise multi-channel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC) across email, push notifications and in-app messaging ensuring timely relevant and personalised communications
  • Maintain regular delivery of BAU, operational and service-related campaigns alongside regular drum beat CRM Campaigns
  • Ongoing Collaboration across Marketing, Customer Support, Sales and Product to ensure seamless campaign execution and a consistent customer experience.
  • Analyse campaign, journey and programme performance to uncover behavioural trends, friction points and surface opportunities to drive conversion and activation
  • Deliver regular performance and actionable insights to the Senior CRM Manager and Functional/Squad leads translating data into clear recommendations that support business objectives
  • Stay up to date with CRM, Martech and lifecycle marketing trends bringing best practice to evolve our acquisition and activation approach.

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM marketing with a strong focus on customer acquisition, activation and retention.
  • Experience with CRM systems and multi-channel marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred).
  • Excellent communicator, proactive and collaborative
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing acquisition, activation and retention campaigns with a focus on measurement performance, uncovering insights and driving action
  • Knowledge of automation, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is a plus.
  • A strategic and creative mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experience.

How we reward you:

At Flagstone, the benefits extend beyond false gifts like "fruit and snacks". Instead, we invest in your health, wealth, and professional development. Here's a selection of our benefits:
