We are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive team in Cricklewood, London.
About the Role:As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling the individuals we support to live as independently as possible. You will be working within a structured 2-weekly set rota, providing consistency for both you and the people we support. This role involves working every other weekend.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Providing person-centred support with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration (where trained).
- Supporting individuals to access community activities, appointments, and social events.
- Building positive and supportive relationships with the people we support.
- Following individual support plans and risk assessments to ensure consistent and effective care.
- Assisting with household tasks and maintaining a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Promoting independence and encouraging individuals to develop their skills and confidence.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Working as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and other professionals.
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
- Reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to follow instructions and work within established routines.
- A proactive and responsible attitude.
- Flexibility to work within the 2-weekly set rota, including every other weekend.
- Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care) is an advantage.
- A satisfactory Enhanced DBS check will be required.
- A full UK driving licence may be required for some roles.
