We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Affiliate & Partnerships Manager with a strong background in a variety of partnerships channels, such as affiliate marketing, offline, marketplaces and brand partnerships. In this role, you will lead the development of our affiliate network and scale other key partnership opportunities.
All initiatives should be grounded in strategy and designed to maximise ROAS, accelerate conversions, and deliver measurable business growth. If you have a passion for performance-driven partnerships marketing and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the role for you.

Some of your responsibilities:
Affiliate Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of our affiliate network on CJ, ensuring seamless operations across the UK market and select international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, onboarding new partners, analysing performance trends, and optimizing the partner mix to drive ROAS.
- Negotiate commercial terms and exposure opportunities with key affiliates to maximize visibility and revenue within budget constraints.
- Lead the identification, negotiation, and execution of performance-driven partnerships such as marketplace campaigns, brand partnerships and more. Focusing on UK-based and international brands, particularly those in DE/FR where applicable.
- Develop and deliver offline partnership initiatives across various media, including inserts, print, email, and other acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce and optimize marketing assets tailored to partnership campaigns.
- Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across our partners, delivering data-driven forecasts wherever possible.
- Leverage data to continuously refine and improve strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and keeping a performance-first mindset.
- Report back on campaign and channel performance, providing actionable insights to the wider marketing team and senior leadership.
- Use relevant tools, concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
- Support the team on sophisticating our reporting solutions with a detail-oriented approach.
- Lead strategy across channels, especially affiliate marketing, balancing growth goals and brand-building.
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others when necessary.
- Act as a mentor to junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative, results-focused culture.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to align affiliate and partnership activities with broader marketing and business goals.

- 4+ years of experience with affiliates and/or partnerships marketing.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks such as Commission Junction (CJ) or similar platforms.
- Exceptional understanding of performance metrics and Ecommerce principles.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage partner contracts tied to sales outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, focusing on results and exceeding targets.
- An underlying passion for the planet and sustainability.
- Bonus: strong understanding of Shopify.
- Bonus: agency or scale-up experience, or worked in-house at a high-growth consumer brand.
